We decided to try something to keep a log of events on the forum here.  

We've implemented our GreenTools for Google Apps (G4G) application so that when a post is added or edited, a log of that is placed into a Google Calendar we set up specifically for this site.  You can see the calendar at the home page (www.fieldexit.com) and it is a public calendar.

What we hope to do is use this to send alerts for posts, replies, edits to those who want them.  

It should be interesting!  We hope to also write up a Proof of Concent (POC) for this soon as well.
