Working with Digital Certificate Manager (DCM) When the Admin Server Instance Navigation Appears to be Broken

Quick Tip:
We've had customers that start up the *ADMIN server and can't seem to get to the Digital Certificate Manager (DCM) to import or work with SSL certificates.
What we did find was using this link seemed to work in most cases:
http://youribmiaddress:2001/
Just replace "youribmiaddress" with the IP address of your system and you should be able to get into DCM.
