MAILTOOL Updated to Allow List-Unsubscribe and User Defined Headers

MAILTOOL has just been updated to v11.30 which now has the following updates:

Specify a List-Unsubscribe header value
Specify a List-Unsubscribe-Post header value
Specify up to 50 User Defined headers via the MAILTOOL command, and up to 100 via the #mailtool_setUserHeader() function.
